Air Filter Replacement Cycle:
1.The primary filter should be cleaned once a week and replaced every six months.
2.Medium efficiency filter does not need to be cleaned and is changed every quarter.
3.HEPA filters should be replaced once a year.
Note: The above replacement frequency is adjusted to the running time, which refers to the clean room, purification workshop, purification project, etc in 24 hours operation.

Air Filter Replacement Method:
1.Each exhaust fan filter box must be opened every six months.
2.All kinds of filters should be replaced according to the damage.And the most common use period cannot exceed two years.
3.When replacing the HEPA filter, pay attention to the replacement according to the high-efficiency dust saturation. And strictly follow the specifications of the clean room and production workshop.
4.The replacement of the primary filter, medium efficiency filter and hepa filter storage method is also particular, they should be installed in a plastic bag and sealed, and placed in a dry position. Do not stack or mix with other items in order to prevent deformation and moisture.
5.The model parameters of the primary effect filter, medium efficiency filter and HEPA filter of each unit’s air intake are subject to the record form.
6.The gasket between the filter and the link frame must be tight and leak-free to ensure filtration.
7.Bio-clean rooms and medical clean rooms must use metal frame filters. Wood frame filters are not allowed to prevent bacteria and damage filters.
