Biosatety cabinet have to two basic types，accoring to the type of air circulation. One is 30% Air Re-circulation , 70% Air Exhaust. This is Class II A2 type. The Other is 0% Air Re-circulation , 100% Air Exhaust. It is ClassII B2 type. This article introduces the Class II A2 type.
