Double Blowing Cleanroom Air Shower Introduction

Double Blowing Cleanroom Air Shower is a type of the air shower room. It is the necessary passage for people to enter and leave the clean room. And at the same time it plays the role of the air lock room to seal the clean room.

In order to reduce the large amount of dust particles, which brought by people entering and leaving, the clean air flow filtered by high efficiency filter is sprayed from rotating nozzles to people from two directions. The dust particles are effectively and rapidly removed, and then the dust particles are filtered by the primary and high efficiency filters and recycled to the air shower area.

The air shower room provides a modular assembly method, which can be assembled into various lengths of air shower size according to actual needs.

Factory test:

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance

in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Factory test include:

— functional test and visual inspection

— electrical safety tests

— air velocity testing

— purification rank test (if need)

Warranty:

Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.

All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.

Consumable parts illustration:

1: Pre-filter: each one should be replacement in each 6 month, but it can refresh no more three times.

2: HEPA filter: each one should be replacement in each half and one years.
