Air Shower Pass Box Introduction

Air Shower Pass box are the perfect tool for transporting items in and out of cleanrooms. These boxes are widely used in laboratories, hospitals, pharmaceutical and light-industrial environments. They not only offer full protection but also facilitate transportation of products.

Air Shower Pass Box Main Features

1.Built-in air shower significantly reduces surface contamination on materials entering or exiting the controlled environment.

Materials entering or exiting the controlled environment are “scrubbed” by high velocity HEPA filtered air jets with velocities of 25 m/s (4921 fpm).

Contaminated air is then drawn through the base within the unit, filtered and recirculated.

2.An array of stainless steel nozzles direct high-velocity jets within the chamber.

3.Air shower duration is adjustable. Standard factory pre-set is 12 seconds in both directions.

1.Robust construction qualifies the air shower pass box for the most demanding controlled environment applications.

The unit is fully assembled and ready to install and operate when shipped.

All components are designed for maximum chemical resistance and enhanced durability for a long service life.

2.Electrical interlock maintains cleanroom integrity by preventing both doors from being opened at the same time.

3.The air shower is constructed of electrogalvanized steel sheets with an abrasion resistant oven-baked powder coated finish.

4.The pass box base surface is constructed of perforated stainless steel, making the work zone easy to clean.

5.Acrylic doors provide a clear view of the internal chamber.

The Pass Box is approval by CE and RoHS certificate.

Factory test:

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance

in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Factory test include:

— functional test and visual inspection

— electrical safety tests

— air velocity testing

— purification rank test (if need)

Warranty:

Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.

All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.
