Powder Dispensing Booth Introduction:

The Powder Dispensing Booth is one kind of professional working room which specially used in sampling, weighting and analysis industry, it can control the working area powder to prohibit them off the working room, and it is special equipment to control the powder floating, protect operators not breathe the operated powder.

Operating Features:

Working Principles:

The air in the work shop will pass though primary filter, medium efficiency filter and was pressed into static pressure box by centrifugal fan, after that, it will pass though the high efficiency filter and blow through FFU, the clean air will flow by average speed over the working area, then it forms the high clean grade working environment. The center weight room’s operating area will be keep at negative pressure condition, exhaust 10% circulated air. The small chamber air in center weighting room will pass through three grade filter system (high efficiency filter will remove 99.99% granules ≥0.3um) to make own circulated, its design meet GMP request.
